Inside, Sandoval is watching a speech where Taggart is imploring him to give himself up for his crimes. He descends to the sewers and makes it past several armed gunmen, then enters Sandoval's bunker. Backstage, Taggart also reveals that Sandoval and Zeke Sanders are brothers, and asks Adam to treat Isaias fairly.Īdam heads to the apartment and discovers that Sandoval has holed himself up in a secret bunker down below. Taggart tries to play it off by accusing Sarif Industries of mismanagement, but Adam counters that he's only interested in finding Sandoval's whereabouts.Ī social battle ensues, and Adam eventually convinces Taggart to reveal Sandoval's location - an apartment on Grand River Road. Adam plays the recording of Sandoval and Namir, and the audience is taken aback.
He confronts Taggart and asks where Sandoval is, and the Humanity Front leader responds that the accusations are baseless.
As Taggart is finishing his speech on why human evolution is a fantasy, Adam walks in and announces his presence.
